Bio

Shreya Agarwal is a Scientific Engineering Associate in the Grid Integration Group of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She works on projects across all three divisions in ETA. With BTUS, she works on projects that study building-to-grid interactions for demand response, load flexibility and optimization of building operations. Her work in ESDR explores the use of DERCAM (Distributed Energy Resources Customer Adoption Model) in providing resilience by optimizing investment in distributed energy resources. At EAEI, she focuses on assessing energy savings, conducting cost benefit analysis, technical analysis for introducing and implementing energy efficient products in emerging economies like Tunisia and Uganda. Shreya completed her Master's in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, India.
